UI/UX Designer Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
● Lead a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
● Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications. Address any issues or inconsistencies promptly.
● Own the validation, usability, design quality and execution of final designs, from user research through final visual designs to development.
● Translating requirements/briefs into engaging, interactive and customer-centric experiences
● Producing high-quality UI/UX design solutions through wire frames, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
● Well-versed in using design tools XD, Figma, Photoshop
● Lead a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.

REQUIREMENTS:
● Relevant 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
● Strong portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing great user-centered experiences and applications.
● Experience in team handling.
● Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction and incorporate them into design solutions.
● Portfolio should be professional in UIUX Design work for web and mobile platforms.
● Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, InVision, Vision, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
● Excellent presentation and communication skills
● Self-motivation and willingness to take on tough problems
